Mrs. Ceci was born and raised in France as the daughter of a French minister. After her family moved to the U.S. she completed her education with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Cairn University. For the past 25 years she has homeschooled her four children while teaching elementary through H.S. French on the side.
